Our team is actively developing an integration with Bluebeam Cloud, making Vectorworks one of the first to use Bluebeam’s updated Cloud platform and most current API. This kind of integration is one of the many advantages of sharing a parent company with Bluebeam, Nemetschek Group. 

Plus, by using the most current API for Bluebeam’s cloud, you’ll have seamless compatibility, enhanced performance, and access to the latest Bluebeam features — providing you with a reliable, efficient experience. This integration is also operating-system agnostic, meaning you can take advantage of it whether you’re on a Mac or a PC.

Take control of how you share your 3D models with clients and collaborators by using saved views to customize your model presentation. Now available in Vectorworks Cloud Services, saved views can be leveraged to set compelling model views, simplify navigation, and focus discussions on specific areas of your design.

Take your documentation to the next level with new data visualization capabilities, such as the ability to override visual attributes of roof components to make data elements stand out. This update also allows you to include roof objects in quality assurance processes alongside walls, slabs, and other building elements. You’ll be able to generate more detailed and precise documentation to support your projects.

No matter how you structure your projects, IFC export now supports design layer viewports seamlessly, so you can share your designs with colleagues and collaborators.

Additionally, you’ll enjoy updated content resources, including grading improvements to the pool libraries, updates to the door and window catalogs, and a new furniture library perfect for interior and exterior designs, from cafés to office meeting spaces.

This update to site design workflows is all about precision in visualization. Enhanced 3D representation for spoil piles and grade limits provides a clear picture of your design, allowing you to achieve an accurate understanding of your site for better decision-making.

Technical workflows received a boost with the ability to better identify invalid power source connections. You’ll also enjoy enhanced cable routing support in ConnectCAD, simplifying complex setups.

With Update 3, you’ll find new lighting devices from Spotlight.IT and DTS Lighting. A newly added snow machine from Elation is perfect for creating immersive experiences.
